A Unified Approach Polo Shirt Orders Now Open!

The Women and Newborn Health Service (WNHS) Executive team is excited to announce that pre-orders will open from the 1st of August for the WNHS Unified Approach Polo Shirt. It’s been some time since our last order in 2023, so we’re excited to offer all staff the opportunity to place an order – whether new to the WNHS team or simply in need of a new shirt. Pre-orders close on 14th of September. 

The WNHS Unified Approach Polos are designed to reflect a smart, professional image while remaining comfortable for day-to-day wear. They’re perfect for the office, external meetings, events, or whenever you want to represent the organisation with pride. The polos incorporate the Unified Approach artwork, a design unique to WNHS.

Orders are open for a limited time, so we encourage staff to get their orders in as soon as possible. Simply follow the instructions below to select your size and place your order. 

About the artwork

A Unified Approach represents the commitment Women and Newborn Health Service have working as a team through respect and integrity to deliver a culturally safe and inclusive service through research to provide better care for Aboriginal women and babies to Close the Gap.

The artwork contains:

• Paths which represent the woman's journey to and from WNHS
• Circles which represent the services at WNHS
• Turtles which represent good health and wellbeing
• The leaves which represent medicine

Also, within the painting are the signatures of staff members who have made the commitment. Artists include both Aboriginal and Non-Aboriginal staff of WNHS.

Order process

To place an order, please log in or create a new account with your personal email. You can do that by going up to the person icon () that is in the top right of the screen. Once you've logged in, you'll be able to access the WNHS products by going straight to the WNHS collection with this link, scrolling down to the products below this information or by going to the Portals tab and clicking WNHS and scrolling down to the bottom.

Once the pre-order period closes on 14th of September, the bulk order will be placed with the supplier. Expect a lead time of 6 weeks from the end of the ordering period.

Orders will then be sent to the WNHS Executive Office (KEMH), where you will be able to collect your order. You will be advised when orders are ready for collection.

Please be aware that we do sell non-WNHS products as well. All WNHS items will have WNHS in the title, but if you do order one by mistake, please let us know and we'll swap it over to a WNHS one for you.
